The annual Director’s Awards workshop on preparing a winning nomination will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. This workshop will include an overview of this year’s Director’s Awards process and a panel discussion with successful past nominators and reviewers. The Director’s Awards program recognizes the significant achievements of Lab employees. Each year, these awards are given for accomplishments, leadership, collaboration, multi-disciplinary science, cross-divisional projects, and commitment to excellence in support of the Lab’s mission and strategic goals.

Each year, Berkeley Lab employees submit nominations of individuals and teams, which are then reviewed by a Lab-wide Director’s Awards committee.

Recognized achievements should have occurred or culminated in the past twelve months, with the exception of Lifetime Achievement Award and Berkeley Lab Citation.
